It’s made from Amtekai also known as Hogplum or Amra or
Mampulicci or Ambazhanga or Adavimamidi or Ambade, botanical
name Spondias mombin and is based on a traditional Mangalorean
recipe.
It’s a healthy pickle with Zero Oil that tastes delicious, tangy and
spicy. Ingredients include Amtekai/Amra, Byadagi Chillies, Mustard,
Turmeric, Hing and Himalayan Rock Salt. Contains no garlic and no
preservatives. It’s tastes tangy and spicy.
