Our signature Mango Ginger pickle is
available only during the mango
ginger harvest season from
December to April and is made using
the fresh mango ginger from our
It’s much sought after for its unique
taste. It’s can be used as a pickle or
chutney or a spread.
It tastes mildly spicy coupled with
slight sour and sweet notes.
Ingredients include fresh Mango Ginger, Byadagi Chiilies, Tamarind, Jaggery, cold pressed
Gingely/Til oil and Himalayan rock salt. Contains garlic.
